Welcome to the beginning of your eMentoring experience! You have agreed to participate in what promises to be a truly rewarding experience for and for your community. This Introduction is designed to help you understand your role, receive answers to questions, learn from each others’ experiences and highlight the developmental skills that as a mentor, mentee, teacher, or counselor, you have the potential to influence.

Southwestern PA eMentoring provides a safe and secure online experience for mentors and mentees by using filtering software that archives all communications while allowing both parties to communicate without divulging personal email addresses. We also provide training and support services along with opportunities to meet in a supervised environment.
