| The Pennsylvania eMentoring Project is designed to provide online career exploration mentors for every student in the region who wants one |
| Currently we are recruiting mentors from the region’s corporate and nonprofit
community to communicate with high school students via e-mail. |

| eMentoring - provides a secure online environment for mentor and youth e-mail exchanges |
Goals:
• to establish a positive relationship between a caring adult mentor and a young person
• to provide counsel, friendship, reinforcement and a constructive example for the purpose of helping with career exploration |
